We are tailored to Adults Only (but accept families with older children ONLY if booking all 3 rooms).
We have a minimum 2 nights stay unless we advertise an offer.
RATES DETAILS FOR 2026
Superking or Twin Room with Bed and Breakfast (total price for up to 2 Adults only)*
£135 per room per night
Hot tub and sauna (2 hour private session)
£30 per person per 2 hour session of hot tub AND sauna (exclusive use by you and your fellow guest/s).
£25 per person per 2 hour session of hot tub ONLY (without sauna).
Room prices include a generous continental breakfast with freshly cooked pastries, cold meats & cheeses, breads, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, juices, tea & coffee. Room prices do NOT include use of spa facilities which can be booked separately.
We do not offer reduced room rates for sole occupancy, prices are by room only.
We have a minimum of 2 nights stay. Occasionally we offer special one night stays but these are only available on selected dates we advertise. There is an extra £30 surcharge per room for one night stays.
Spa facilities only available to guests staying overnight at Hillingford B&B and aged 15 + years.
*Rates vary for TT and MGP/Classic TT fortnight, which also have a minimum 7 nights stay for TT and 4 nights stay for MGP.
