We are tailored to Adults Only (but accept families with older children ONLY if booking all 3 rooms). We have a minimum 2 nights stay unless we advertise an offer. Fully booked TT 2025.
RATES DETAILS
Superking or Twin Room with Bed and Breakfast (total price for up to 2 Adults only)
£135 per room per night

Hot tub and sauna (2 hour private session)
£30 per person per 2 hour session of hot tub AND sauna (exclusive use by you and your fellow guest/s).
£25 per person per 2 hour session of hot tub ONLY (without sauna).
Room prices include a generous continental breakfast with freshly cooked pastries, cold meats & cheeses, breads, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, juices, tea & coffee. Room prices do NOT include use of spa facilities which can be booked separately. We do not offer reduced room rates for sole occupancy, prices are by room only.
*Rates vary for TT and MGP/Classic TT fortnight.

We have a minimum of 2 nights stay. Occasionally we offer special one night stays but these are only available on selected dates we advertise. There is an extra £30 surcharge per room for one night stays.

Spa facilities only available to guests staying overnight at Hillingford B&B and aged 15 + years.
